To banish the winter blues I am prescribing a good dose of blush pink.  Pink is well known to help combat depression, and I find it such a joyful happy colour.  Now I’m not suggesting to get your brushes out and redecorate your house, but by adding a little bit of blush to your soft furnishings it could be the lift you need.

Pink walls doesn’t have to be left for a little girls bedroom.  Try it in the kitchen as a warm, uplifting tone to stimulate creativity and conversation.

Or give your lounge a bit of sparkle with a bright pink sofa.  This one is pretty special, and just needs to be sat upon.

But best of all, just add some beautiful pink blooms to your table. Perfect and classic.
