I love this time of year, layering pretty frocks with thick tights and ankle boots, to me, this is my favourite uniform. This look can go from the morning school run to a meeting to an evening out, if you find the right dress.
My trusty denim shift and checked a-line from Toast a few years ago needed some companions to hang out with in my wardrobe. So after searching the web I found these beauties. These dresses are gorgeous! The bottom three are all from eco brands, kind on the environment as well as the pocket. AND they are beautiful too – WIN.
Nowadays, I am looking for quality, style, and accountability with my clothing. Buying once and buying it right. Gone are the days of dashing into Primark with £15 and seeing how much I can grab for that. No, that type of shopping does not sit well with me. I’d rather buy one choice item that will become a timeless classic and I can wear for years to come – creating my own ‘vintage’.
So, what will you be wearing this Autumn?
