So, Sisterhood Camp 2016 was last weekend. I am still on cloud 9. Those few days spent with brilliantly creative, smart, funny women has changed me forever. No joke. I do actually feel lighter, dreamier, less stressed and more in-tune with myself, more than I have felt in a long long time.
Sisterhood was a long haul in the lead up to last weekend, not only was it myself beavering away at home, but my brilliant team of women who styled or ran a workshop too. Each one of us having sleepless nights and self doubt, followed by the excitement and nervous rush that only putting on an event can bring.
Before I share all the news of what happened at the weekend – to be honest I am still processing all those thoughts and emotions, I wanted to share tiny snippets of the details – the prep – that went into making Sisterhood 2016 a truly beautiful event.
Of course I have HUNDREDS of images to select, edit and share. But all in good time.
I just want to thank Hannah Bullivant, for being the ‘eyes’ of Sisterhood. Her vision in styling is impeccable, and her attention to detail amazing! I couldn’t do it without her! Also Erin Trezise-Wallace, who is the most fabulous natural florist. These two are TEAM SISTERHOOD, and I love and appreciate all they do.
Thank you also to the workshop leaders, Laura Pashby, Elinor Hill, Emma Pritchard, Sas Petherick, Karen Baldry, Katie Robbins and to Sian Tucker and the team at Fforest – we have found the home for Sisterhood.
More images and details to follow. In the meantime check out our instagram hashtag #sisterhoodcamp2016 for more dreamy images, including a little film by the brill Xanthe Berkeley.
