You may remember a few months ago, Dan and I redecorated our bedroom. The grey paint left our north facing room cold and dark. So in a bid to bring some warmth we had this peachy stone colour specially mixed for us by the people at Valspar.
The room is now bright, warm and delicious, if I do say so myself. It’s by no means finished. If you look closely at this image you can see that we still need to paint the woodwork and floor – but that won’t be happening any time soon. You know, life and work and all that.
BUT – we do want to make the room comfortable, so I have collaborated with a company called Desenio who sell gorgeous prints and frames online.
Desenio are passionate about interiors and specifically Scandinavian design. Their idea is that stylish wall art should be affordable to everyone. The business was founded in 2010 and are available online in 33 countries and are steadily breaking into new markets.
I found online, a plethora of styles and designs. From the candy coloured pinks to dark and moody black & white photography. Being my bedroom, I wanted something minimal and soothing when I retreat to my bed.
So I discovered these figurative line art prints. I love the simplicity of them, and the fact that it was a couple, and the smaller one a couple kissing. Which seemed pretty nice in our bedroom. For your reference the couple of face is in the large size (50x70cm) which is £21.95 without the frame. The frame in oak, which is the same price.
I also chose this pretty leaves print, with a slight blush pink tone to it. It’s called soft jungle one poster again in the 50x70cm size in the white frame.
But there are so many designs, colours and styles I could have chosen. In fact here are a round up of some of my favourites:
These items are available here. I adore this wall art collection… especially that nude and the bamboo.
This collection is available here. I’m going to get that pampas grass print. So me eh?
Desenio are kindly offering all Littlegreenshed readers 25% of all prints (excluding frames & handpicked / collaboration posters) – between May 22nd to May 24th. Just use the code: LITTLEGREENSHED.
