Interiors | H&M Home spring 2019…

Last November, when I visited Stockholm, I had a few hours to spare before my flight home.  I wandered the streets and came across the new H&M home flagship store.  Oh my.  We don’t have H&M Home in Bristol, so it was a real treat to see everything all laid out.  So much goodness!  Sadly I only had a carry on suitcase, otherwise I would have bought lots.

That was last winter, so when the new Spring range was launched I couldn’t wait to see what they had.  H&M home is well known for it’s design led home wares at affordable prices. Perfect for those wanting something on trend and scandi chic – without going for broke.

Firstly can we all appreciate the location for this shoot.  It’s at one of my all time favourite hotels, the Santa Clara 1728 in Lisbon, Portugal.  Sadly I haven’t stayed there, but it is high on my wish list.  One day!!! The stone and white washed walls play a simple backdrop to the minimal monochrome tones of the new collection.

I love the face vase, I actually received this for Christmas.  It’s a beautiful piece and adds a dramatic, on trend element to the home.  I’ve filled mine with dried pampas grass, and it looks wonderful.

Here are my favourites from the new season…. a few items to update the home and add a freshness to the inside, without breaking the bank.

What are your favourites?
