It’s been a while since I’ve shared my daily skin care routine, so I thought I’d give a little update. Considering it’s the depths of winter and lack of sunshine and central heating usually ravages my skin, leaving it dry and grey looking. Surprisingly, this January my skin has been looking fantastic. So what have I been doing? Well I regularly use vitamin c to brighten my skin and nourish it with oil. So if you are interested in knowing
High Five Alert! You may remember my post earlier in the month, on my goals for 2018? One of those goals was to stop biting my nails. Well ta dah! I’ve only done it. It’s been just three weeks and I’m super proud of myself. To mark two weeks of nail growth I had a manicure, to encourage me to continue my ‘non-biting’ journey. Dark green OPI gel called ‘stay off the lawn‘. I absolutely love the colour. So cool. What
I don’t know about you, but at this time of year my skin is in need of a little boost. I have a few grey hairs (thanks kids) but thankfully my hair doesn’t need colouring, yet, or maybe never – we shall see. It was my skin that looked sallow,
Last month I had a mid-life crisis. Well not the kind of Porsche buying crisis, but a middle aged ‘skin looking shit’ kind of crisis. You may remember my post back in March when I cried about my grey skin and loosing my glow. Well, a month on, and I have been complimented several times on how glowing my skin looks. OMG, in a month I have gone from grey lady to glowing babe. How? Well, here is what I
Gosh March came and went in a whirlwind of sunshine and heavy showers! I have only just got used to writing 3 in the date and now I have to write 4! Spring is zooming by. This month saw the collaboration with Magic Organic Apothecary and my #natureinthehome link up. So many beautiful spring images have graced the special hashtag #NITHandMOA it was hard to choose a winner. But finally I settled for this beauty by Emily of Harry and
