Work in progress...

Firstly THANK YOU for all your positive and wonderful comments about the boys bedroom.  Gosh I wasn't expecting that kind of response at all!  It has been a right old slog getting it done (and it's not even finished properly - wood trims needs a lick of paint and so does the door).  BUT it is looking a whole world better.  I can walk in there now and feel good rather than despair!  Plus I'm not bothered about who comes round for a play!!

So, on to today's news.  I am currently in the process of designing a new range of Greetings Cards. So I thought I'd show you one that is nearly finished.... Hare.  Hopefully the new cards shall be in the shop by the end of the week.  Hope you like them!

work in progress

Work in progress Wednesday.
My spring flowers print... blooms of peach, grey, mint and yellow.
I can't get enough of these colours at the moment.

This morning I had a quick coffee with the very  lovely Rachel.
Oh my! she has some treasures tucked away in her lovely home.
I was loving everything, from her vintage 70's curtains, Kaj franc bowl, Jane Foster prints etc etc.
I must have oooo'd and ahhhh'd so much she kindly has given me these 2 cups..

Aren't they just gorgeous! I've been after this set for ever.
Rachel will be opening an Etsy shop in the coming months, filled with all her amazing treasures plus beautiful handmade cushions and lampshades made from 70's Scandi fabric.
You are gonna LOVE it! Go check out her blog and say hi.

this morning...

The sun is actually shining this morning! Whoop!
Must have seen my sunny yellows list from yesterday.
The boys are at nursery and school so I have this morning to take some images.
Top - Work in Progress... babies booties, may soon be in the shop.
I have my first commission for booties, must make a start soon.
Middle - my much loved Canon AE-1.  You and I need an adventure soon.
Bottom - More WIP.  I have been asked to design some new baby cards.  I am thinking of using Rufus' toy animals and a caption.  Not quite there, maybe I need to photograph the fawn amongst the buttercups.

Have a great day - I am off to face paint Charlie class in a moment for their class performance.  Charlie is a crocodile!
