Interiors | Essential bedding guide for a night of self-care…

Possibly the best thing to do, for me, is getting into fresh clean sheets and having an early night.  I become giddy at the thought of slipping into bed, it’s my everything.  My routine is usually the same; make-up off, the micro-needling or vitamin c serum, facial oil, then meditation app, pillow spray and sleep.  Every night.  But let’s rewind, and look at the importance of the bed, and bedding.

I have three sets of bedding in which I rotate.  Newest to the rotation is the set seen above, it’s from Bedroommood. Bedroommood use the finest Egyptian cotton featuring at least 300 thread count and 100% long staple cotton which gives the feel of hotel luxe.  I have the percale cotton set, with dark grey pillows and white duvet and sheet. But there are many simple colours to choose from.  They currently have 25% off with the code BLACK25.

Honestly, investing in decent bedding is the one thing I’m thankful and you will too.  So here is my round up to the best on the market… and if you are quick you could grab a bargain or too in the Black Friday sales.
